All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high demand, processing may take longer, but we will notify you by email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on select products or order values during promotions.
Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities are usually faster, while rural areas may take longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
